The service

Say It in a Song creates a personalized song from the story you write. The lyrics and music are generated by artificial intelligence. Before paying, you hear a preview of about 30 seconds and read the complete lyrics. After payment, the complete song is available to listen to and download through your private link.

Price and payment

The price is shown before you pay and is charged once per song, with no subscription. Payments are processed by our payment partners (such as PayPal). The complete song is created after the payment is confirmed, usually within a few minutes.

Results

Each song is created automatically, so the melody, pronunciation and the way your story is told can vary. That is why you hear the preview and read the lyrics before paying. We don’t guarantee any particular reaction from the person who receives the song.

What you can do with the song

You can listen to, download, give and share the song with friends and family, including on social media, for personal purposes. Commercial use, such as advertising, resale or distribution on streaming platforms, is not included. Because the song is generated by artificial intelligence, we don’t guarantee that it is exclusive or that it can be registered as a copyrighted work.

Your responsibilities

Only write what you have the right to share about yourself and others. Don’t use the service to:

• insult, harass, defame or expose anyone;
• create illegal, hateful or violent content, or sexual content involving minors;
• imitate the voice or identity of real artists or other real people.

We may refuse or stop orders that break these rules.

Refunds

• If you paid and the complete song wasn’t delivered because of a failure on our side, we refund the full amount.
• If the complete song has a technical problem, such as cut-off audio, no vocals or a serious mistake in the honoree’s name, write to contato@musicaemocionante.com within 7 days of payment and we’ll refund the full amount.
• Because you hear the preview and read the complete lyrics before paying, and the song is made to order and released right after payment, the purchase is final: there are no refunds for a change of mind.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method. For cards, the time it takes to show on your statement depends on your card issuer.

Access to your song

Keep your private link: it’s how you come back to listen to and download the song. We recommend downloading the MP3 as soon as it’s ready. The site may be unavailable at times for maintenance.
