Who is responsible

Raphael Eustaquio Alves Vilela, which runs the Say It in a Song brand, is the controller of the data processed on this site. For any privacy matter, write to contato@musicaemocionante.com.

Data we collect

• Your song’s story and preferences: the honoree’s name or nickname and the memories, phrases, occasion, style, voice and language you write in the form. Please don’t include sensitive data (health, religion, sexual orientation, ID numbers, etc.).
• Contact details, if you choose: a WhatsApp number and/or email to receive the song’s link, and whether you want news and offers.
• Payment: you pay on PayPal’s (or another payment partner’s) own pages. The details you enter there (name, card) stay with them; we only receive the confirmation, amount and payment method.
• Technical data: a protected (hashed) version of your IP address, to limit free previews per day; the page and link parameters (UTM) that brought you here.
• If you accept analytics cookies: Google Analytics identifiers, to link a purchase to your visit.
• If you accept marketing cookies: IP address, browser and ad click identifiers (such as fbclid and gclid), stored with your order to tell Meta and Google which ad led to the purchase.

How we use it

• To write the lyrics and create the music from your story and show you the preview: providing the service you asked for.
• To process the payment and deliver the complete song: performing our contract.
• To send you the song’s link if you leave before finishing, when you gave us a contact: consent.
• To send news and offers, only if you ticked that option: consent, which you can withdraw anytime.
• To measure site usage and ad results: consent given in the cookie notice.
• To prevent abuse, such as the daily limit on free previews: legitimate interest.
• To meet legal and tax obligations, such as keeping payment records.

Artificial intelligence

The lyrics and music are created by artificial intelligence models. To do that, the text you write is sent to those models’ providers (OpenRouter and Google), which process it to generate the result. We use your story only to create your song.

Who we share it with

• Google Cloud and Firebase: site hosting, database and audio storage.
• OpenRouter and Google: lyrics and music generation.
• PayPal, InfinitePay, PagBank or Mercado Pago: payment, depending on the method used.
• Google Analytics: usage measurement, with your consent.
• Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads: ad measurement, with your consent.

We don’t sell your data.

International transfers

The site’s servers are in the United States (Google Cloud), and some of the providers above process data in other countries. These transfers are needed to provide the service you asked for and are made with providers that apply appropriate security measures.

Cookies

We use cookies and browser storage in three groups:

• Essential: remember your cookie choice and keep access to your song in this tab. They don’t need consent.
• Analytics (Google Analytics): show how many people visit and how they use the site.
• Marketing (Meta Pixel and Google Ads): show which ad brought you here and help show our ads to people who may be interested.

Analytics and marketing cookies are only turned on if you accept them. Until then, Google’s tools receive only cookieless signals, and Meta’s isn’t loaded at all. You can change your choice anytime under “Cookie preferences” in the footer.

How long we keep it

We keep the story, lyrics and audio for as long as you need them to listen to and download the song through the private link. Payment records are kept for as long as tax law requires. A contact given for the reminder is used only once. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Security

Your song opens with a private link containing a random code; we only store a protected (hashed) version of that code. The database and files are not directly reachable from the internet. Anyone with the full link can open the song, so share it only with people you choose.

Your rights

You can ask to confirm and access your data, correct it, anonymize or delete it, receive a copy, learn who we share it with, and withdraw consent. Write to contato@musicaemocionante.com with the song’s link or the WhatsApp/email you used, so we can find your order. You can also complain to Brazil’s data protection authority (ANPD) or to the authority where you live.

Minors

The service is for people aged 18 or over. If the song is for a child, the person who fills in the form and pays must be a responsible adult.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
